These terms govern the use of the vltramorale.com website and the purchases made on it. By browsing or buying on the site, you accept these terms.

The site is operated by MORA PALOMA SAC, with RUC 20609062135 and registered address at Calle Granada 274, dpto. 601, Pueblo Libre, Lima, Peru (“Vltra Morale”). You can write to us at vltramorale@gmail.com or call us at (+51) 947 731 005.
Products and prices
- Prices are charged in Peruvian soles (S/) and include the taxes required by law. Prices in US dollars on the English site are approximate, for reference only.
- Our garments are limited editions: every order is subject to the stock available at the time of payment.
- Photos and colors are for reference: they may vary slightly depending on your screen and, because the garments are handcrafted, from one piece to another.
Purchase and payment
- Choose the garment and its size, add it to the cart and complete your details at the checkout of our online store.
- Payment is processed securely through Izipay. Vltra Morale does not store your card details.
- Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary of your order.
Shipping
- The shipping cost and delivery time for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.
- Shipping is free in Lima on orders from S/ 599.
- If you buy from outside Peru, the price is the same and international shipping is arranged with you after purchase. Import duties in your country, if any, are paid by you on delivery.
Returns, exchanges and warranty
You can request exchanges and returns within 20 business days of purchase, with the garment unworn. The full conditions are in Returns & Exchanges and Warranty.
Intellectual property
The Vltra Morale brand, its logos, designs, prints, photographs and texts belong to MORA PALOMA SAC. They may not be used or reproduced without its prior written authorization.
Personal data
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy and Law No. 29733, the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law.
Complaints Book
In accordance with the Peruvian Consumer Protection and Defense Code, our virtual Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones) is available to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
